At Fit Atelier, our customers often become our friends and Shelley Miller is one of our favorite workout friends! Shelley is an uber-smart and ultra-successful financial communications executive who works out as hard as she works. And while her tiny frame might deceive you, you will catch her at Crown Town Athletics crushing it. 

We asked her to share a few of her favorite fit things! Check out her answers: 

What is your go-to workout in Charlotte?

I love the bootcamps at Crown Town Athletics on 4^th street – always a good mix of bodyweight, strength training, and cardio.

What song can take you from miserable to euphoric during a workout?

Chandelier by Sia is my super pump up song when I’m working out. It may be a little slow for others, but it gives me all the motivation feels.

What is your favorite workout anywhere in the world? 

I love running along the water in New York City. When I lived there it was my way to decompress after a long day at the office and connect with myself. 

What are you favorite pieces from Fit Atelier?

I love them all! But seriously, I’m obsessed with the MICHI Hydra Crop Legging in navy/black, the L'URV Fever Pitch Bralette in black, and the WITH Cheetah Bra. I love that I can wear these pieces in a workout or out and about. 

What beauty product can you not live without?

Oribe Dry Texturizing Spray, hands down. My bff Brit introduced me to it and it’s the best ever. I die for the smell - so good!

What are you favorite healthy restaurants and your picks there?

I love Reid's Fine Food's spring berry salad with salmon, Earl's Grocery's harvest chicken salad & mean green juice, Viva Chicken's quinoa stuffed avocado with chicken and while not totally healthy, Sabor's quinoa avocado bowl (no sour cream, add grilled chicken) is so 100.

What is your cheat meal?

Pizza, all day every day. I don’t discriminate on where but I super love the Sorry for Partying at Pizza Peel.

Who is your favorite workout buddy?

My hubs! He keeps me motivated and pushes me like no other. I love workouts when I can semi-compete with him too ;)
