The Beat is a high intensity dance cardio class developed by Allison Armstrong that pushes your body and mind through a sweat-inducing, muscle-burning 45 minutes of non-stop dancing, followed by a quick and effective arms and abs sequence. Set completely to the beat of the music, you'll follow along with Allison as she takes you through every single step of class. Come prepared to sweat and lose yourself to The Beat.

Allison Armstrong is a professional dancer and cheerleader with over 20 years of formal dance training. She has danced competitively since the age of 3, and studied dance throughout high school and during college at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she was a UNCC Gold Duster. She has continued dancing by becoming a professional cheerleader for the NFL. Allison is also certified in Barre and Pilates.
