BOUNCE'D by Annalise is a full body, totally follow-along cardio and muscle sculpting workout. The mini rebounder (trampoline) sets the stage for the low impact, high-intensity cardio session that features interspersed leg, arm and core series and ends with a cool down.

Annalise Coleman is a professional dancer and cheerleader with over 23 years of formal dance training. She has danced competitively since the age of 3, and studied dance throughout high school and during college at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where she was a Dance team meme her She has continued dancing by becoming a professional cheerleader for the NFL. Annalise was recently selected to go to the Pro bowl. She continues her passion for dance by teaching K-4th grade dance at a charter school in Charlotte.
