Centré is a full body progressive workout by Jordan Hill that incorporates lengthening and strengthening sequences, core stability and low impact interval training. The core of Centré is exercise tempo, which helps increase muscle activation in every single movement and gives the workout a steady beat for participants to easily follow. Divided into 4 parts, the workout includes a warm up, legs, upper body, and core section. each part is separated with a 1 minute rhythmic/ dance cardio break.
