Developed by NASM Certified trainer, Lindsay Wright, Strength Movement is a full body burner that focuses on strength and incorporates beat based time under tension intervals, pylometrics and strength super sets in unison to spike your heart rate and challenge your muscles with heavy (!!!) weights. You will lift heavy. You will feel strong. You will leave sweaty and rewarded.
