What if I need to change my order?
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any change. Sorry!
What if I need to cancel an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped, we are probably able to cancel. Email hey@fitatelier.com for help.
How can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please contact hey@fitatelier.com right away.
What’s the status of my order?
Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can click on the tracking number to see the status of your delivery. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you have any questions about the status of your order please reach out to hey@fitatelier.com
What if something I ordered arrived damaged?

My package is lost!
Oh no! If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to hey@fitatelier.com and we will reach out to USPS to try and resolve. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Are single classes or class packages refundable if I miss my class or move away?
No, our classes are non-refundable after you purchase. Our Mindbody Single Class and Packages purchases have an early cancellation policy. Canvel before 12 hours and your scheduled class and the credit will go back on to your account to use for a future class.
