Returns are eligible within 30 days of initial purchase. Products must be never worn with original tags still attached. What’s the status of my order?
Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can click on the tracking number to see the status of your delivery. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Are single classes or class packages refundable if I miss my class or move away?
No, our classes are non-refundable after you purchase. You can cancel 24 hours before your scheduled class and the credit will go back on to your account to use for a future class.
